Tutorial 1 @ 10:40 AM
It seems like I do not have the softcopy of the autocad freestyle anymore as it has been submitted to Mr Yap by the given date.
Tutorial 1 is to conceive the event project as a team, we are working on the Charity Carnival event and I will just be showing the autocad freestyle of our event.
Legend: Turquoise – Main Entrance
Red – Ticket Station and Information counter
Dark Green – Push carts
Grey – Washrooms (Male and Female)
Blue – Games stations
Yellow – Stage Performance
Pink – Back stage
Light Green – Emergency Exits
In this particular tutorial, we split the different parts among ourselves and have done well for this tutorial as all of us have done our best.
Tutorial 2 is coming right next!

Introduction Criteria Matrix & Autocad Freestyle @ 9:42 PM
Hi guys I'm back again, I can't differentiate the differences between tutorial and practical because both are in the same lab and doing the different activities or tutorials.
We started on the first activity which was to make use of a criteria matrix template. A rough sketch of the fashion room is being advised by Mr Yap as we'll know where our reception areas, stage, etc. are. After doing so, it is easier for us to fill up the criteria matrix activity.
A demo on Autocad Freestyle was being introduced, it looks relatively easy, dragging doors, tables, etc. around[as shown in the video]. I'm definitely not a big Autocad programming, hence I was extremely afraid that I couldn't do what I had in mind. The activity had to be uploaded from 8am-8pm on the 04.11. No worries, it's way much easier than the actual Autocad programme and I've enjoyed doing it. Even though the results aren't out yet for the particular activity, I've done my best, hence live with no regrets!
Till next time.

Conceiving an event @ 9:29 PM
We had to form in a groups of 4 by ourselves. Huifang, Lance, Suemin are my project mates for this particular module.
Next, we were given a certain amount of time to think of a simple event where we have to sketch out that event and upload it on BB LAMS by scanning it.
I feel that Mr Yap's new system of adopting LAMS is quite interesting with the "gates" stopping us at various points of the system. However, links are broken here and there, some of my classmates find it rather irritating to find themselves being blocked by the "gates".
We have decided to work on the "Charity Carnival" for our project on this event. Also, we discussed where the ticketing, fun fair and stores stations are to be placed for our event.
Uploaded sketch of the "Charity Carnival"
That's all for the week!

Reflections @ 9:10 PM
Hi guys, each of us were made to create a portfolio by creating a blog and giving reflections about the various tutorials and events.
This is the first time I've created a blog, also, it gives me great satisfaction when I've changed the template/skin all by myself.
Having seen what the module is going to be like, I'm really quite interested in the "intensive" marketing lectures and tutorials that we'll be doing. Regardless of what results I may obtain, I will still enjoy and have fun with this module!
